Returns and Exchanges
My shop does not offer returns or exchanges, but please reach out to me via email or Instagram for any questions or concerns with your items.
My Crochet Creations page provides specific size information regarding custom creations. If there is a sizing issue with any custom crochet pieces, there is a $100 fee that must be paid before any additions will be made. Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees back to SunnyDaze. $100 fee covers the cost of reshipping, the cost of new materials, and the time it takes to rework the custom creation. Reworks do not have set time periods, and will be completed between paid orders.
Slit weave items, tie dye items, and custom clothing may be exchanged for a smaller or larger sizes, after the item has been received by SunnyDaze. Customer must cover shipping fees back to SunnyDaze. New sized items will not ship until original item purchased has been returned. SunnyDaze covers cost of shipping the new sized item.
